Pranayam Batch Practice with You tube channel.

10 Pranayam Kriyas are taught in this batch. The batch is conducted every third  Saturday of the month 6 to 8.15 pm at Shubh Yoga Kendra.

The Pranayam Batch is of 2 hours long

  1. The theory and practical of 10 Pranayam Kriyas is taught in this batch.
  2. The participant is required to attend the batch in a track pant and a tee shirt.
  3. The participant must have the Pranayam Book of Shubh Yoga Kendra to the class.
  4. Pranayam Book is available in English, Marathi and in Hindi at the office.
  5. Fee for this Batch RS. 500/-
